What a great book for improving your technique. i have had a motorcross monkey on my back since I was a kid. I love the way this book picks apart every crash that ever fed me dirt and tells you how to avoid or at least live through all those track devils ! I have improved my ability from the first time I got on my bike after going over the book all week. I still go back to it to fine tune my balance and try the techniques that the book teaches. I bought this book for my 10 year old grandson and all's I can say is that he absolutely loves it and hasn't put it down since I gave it to him. Whether or not he actually puts it into practice is another thing ;-)
