Synopsis
A spin-off of the popular medical dramedy GREY'S ANATOMY, PRIVATE PRACTICE follows former Seattle surgeon Dr. Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh) as she relocates to Los Angeles to join the Oceanside Wellness Center, a small coterie of fertility and hormone specialists. Still recovering from her failed romances in her previous life, Dr. Montgomery is seeking new possibilities, both professional and personal. At the new clinic, she finds support from her recently divorced medical school classmates Naomi (Audra McDonald) and Sam Bennett (Taye Diggs), and quickly begins a flirtation with the cocky but damaged Dr. Pete Wilder (Tim Daly). Rounding out the staff are the klutzy-in-love friends Drs. Cooper Freedman (Paul Adelstein) and Violet Turner (Amy Brenneman), each with a host of romantic foibles that get in the way of their own happiness. Set against the backdrop of dramatic medical situations, PRIVATE PRACTICE is a warm and funny look at one woman's journey to redefine her future. This collection includes every episode of series one to three; which see the clinic threatened by a financial crisis, and feature a special appearance by GREY'S ANATOMY star Patrick Dempsey.

A wonderful series, I was just lost in what to do, when I had seen the final episode of the third season. I'm anxiously waiting for season 4 and 5 and 6 and..... to come! Great characters, great stories, beautiful dresses..... I just wanted to be part of it all - I love Private Practice!!
I've be a fan of Greys Anatomy from the start, so when I heard about a spin off of it I was so pleased. I watched from the beginning and awaiting season four to come out in DVD here in the UK. My favourite characters are violent and Addison as they show great emotion without being too much. The characters work well together, I love medical shows and this is my favourite. Each episode is unique and has emotion and humour in each episode. I can't wait to get season four.
Turned up on time, and in good condition, and worked out at a much better rate to buy all three seasons rather than all three separately as my missus would end up with them anyway.

This show is okay but I find the characters all slightly annoying. Good to pass the time but not a keeper.
