Good content, but hypocritical?,

As a print professional, I read this book with great interest. The content is essentially a selection of case studies of environmentally conscious products. It details the design brief, materials and processes, and in terms of the book's own brief it satisfies, as an overview of where the industry is right now in terms environmental awareness and production.
2 things would have made this book perfect : - more detailed information on production techniques and materials (waterless printing, animal-free adhesives, renewable energy printing) - that Rotovision put their money where their mouth is and state the environmental credentials of this book - what materials were used? FSC or recycled papers? Was it printed with Soy Inks? Amimal-Free adhesives? Printing in China is also going directly against the carbon footprint issues made within the book. The last point for me strikes a very hypocritical tone, and rather reduces the positive impact that this book could have.
