I liked this book because it had the explanations of what it means, and is easy to understand. The negavtive thing i have to say, that they have those lines in the text saying look at chapter 3 o whatever... Thats what i don't like, but maybe thats how it should be, and also they should include a lot more real life examples actually. But overall the book is usefull for marketing, as i am doing level 3 national diploma in business, it helps but it has a lot of different information that we dont even cover but is good to have it :) I would recommend for anyone to buy this book that is studying marketing :)
