A great book in general - shame about access to teaching materials. Inside the book it clearly states that lecturers have access to an "in-depth Instructor's Manual" plus additional teaching materials. This is false. I have purchased two copies of the book. I have been refused access by Cengage Uk in France (although I lecture in 2 business schools) unless I purchase at least another 20 copies. I have wasted months going round in circles with Cengage UK and am extremely disappointed with their attitude.
I bought another book by MacMillan and THEY were extremely helpful and made no false claims.
I think Cengage UK should read the book on international marketing - it might help improve their own marketing!
