Absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered the book 'Principles of corporate finance 10th edition' and was sent a book different to the one I had ordered.
I chose to return the item and request the correct one, but yet again I get sent the wrong book.
When I call up Customer Services I get told that I have to send both books back, get a full refund and then order it again? How ridiculous is that!?
