I purchased two of these bottle warmers for my two grandchildren aged 3 months and 9 months as we were going on a family holiday to Spain and with 12 people travelling I thought it was the ideal solution both during the journey and when we were eating out as we would not have to rely on anyone else to heat the bottles for us - how wrong I was. Luckily I had enough time to test them out and return them to Prince Lionheart with a complaint before we went. Having two I was able to ascertain that both were utterly useless, they just slightly warmed room temperature water after 25 minutes but hardly made any impression on water from the fridge, plus the zips on both broke after I had tested four avent bottles in them! I wrote a letter of complaint to Prince Lionheart and they sent me two new ones, saying they had now improved them with an additional wrap to those I had and a larger insulation bag which was ok for avent bottles. It cost me nearly £5 to send them back and I did not receive any refund of postage.
On trying these out - guess what - no improvement but as it was the day before my holiday I had to leave them and am currently in the process of complaining again to Prince Lionheart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE, they do not warm the bottles adequately, but if you want to give your baby less than a lukewarm bottle and ask the baby to give you half an hours notice of when he/she requires a feed, then maybe it would be ok!

I tried the bottle warmer and it doesn't heat up enough to warm up a bottle. It might slightly raises the temperature for a bottle that is already at room temperature but couldn't warm a chilled bottle of milk. It also doesn't fit wide necked bottles - only standard sized bottles. It genuinely doesn't work!
Great for thinner bottles but I have to -try to squeeze tommy tippee closer to nature bottles in to the point it nearly breaks the zip. Heats up very well, can heat it in steam sterilizer before going out so pretty handy that way.
