Arrived next day.....great considering no postage charge. Very well packaged. Easy to put together,but you have to hunt for the instructions in the box. Water feature looked good quality with a slight sheen to the pottery. Supplied with the shiny stones in the picture. Once it has enough sun it gives quite a powerfull stream of water, but you have to remember it only works when the sun is out. Also on the instructions i had it said it was for indoor use only??? But so far i have found it ok to be outside...just take it indoors before any frosts arrive.

The positives are :- good price, came the next day , took 5 mins to put together and was working within minutes
The negatives are :- It says on the intructions "For indoor use only" as the advert didnt make this clear I presumed it was outside becasue it was solar powered!!....I cant imagine this ever being used inside for two reasons, 1) the solar panel has to be in full sun, i dont know about your house , but mine certainly doesnt have sun INSIDE!,...and 2) the water splashed over the top of the container and wets the surface of whatever you've placed the bowl on (but fine for garden or patio)
The solar panel isnt a re chargable one (ie like a solar garden light) it has no battery therefore it only works when in the full sun.....once the sun goes off that panel it stops working....
Ideal for south facing patio / garden ....not for shady or north facing views
having said all that, i have mine outside on a sunny patio where the solar panel is in full sun from 8am until 5pm....its lovely.....just wish it had been a chargable panel so it also worked on those hot summer nights in the shade
last point - mine DID NOT come with any stones as in the picture

Once I set the DOVE water feature in my back garden, and placed the solar panel in the BEST sun catching position possible I arrived.
YOU must have direct sunlight shining onto the solar PANEL or it does NOT work, there is no storage facilty... If you do not KNOW THIS fact, it feels as though
it is intermittent in operation, and rightly so... that is how it is... !
There are no instructions, so common sense will prevail.
Good price. I am pleased now, but ask the COMPANY to package
"THE DOVE" figurine XXXtra specially it NEEDS this....
As for MONEYwise... a summer-time good buy...glad I have it, and sat a while this Saturday morning (between hanging and washing clothes)listening to the ripple of the water over the stones. Peaceful connection, we all NEED.
