3.0 out of 5 stars book 4 of the series 11 Aug 2009
By Su TOP 50 REVIEWER
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
The story in this book is based on episodes 1 and 2 of season 2 of the TV show Primeval. It is very basically written and is suitable for children around the ages of 8 to 10, the 8 year old I know found this series of books too basic and wanted more detail.

Both episodes are contained in a total of 118 pages.

There are 8 pages of colour stills from the show in the middle.

Primeval is a series about a university professor (Nick Cutter) who goes out to investigate a report of a dinosaur and discovers an anomaly through which they can travel in time. Having travelled through time at the end of the last season he returned to find that things were not as he left them.

This book contains stories about the shopping arcade and the desert (for those who have seen the series).

A good book for younger fans of the series but for slightly older children and adults you may want to try something else.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fourth Primeval... 5 Sep 2013
By George R. Johnson - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The fourth book of adaptations of the BBC TV series. This was where they started screwing with the continuity, changing one character, same job, same actress, to someone completely different. Only Cutter remembered her as someone else because he was in the past when time was changed.

Okay
