Faced with assisting a class of kids with behavioural problems I was looking for a book that could give me a bit of advice. I thought the subject would make a dull read and therefore bought this book as something to dip into as certain situations arose. However, the book has been a very enjoyable read and easily manageable cover-to-cover. Its full of practical advice, case studies and "What not to do / What to do" sections. A lot of it is common sense, but I think this book boosts your confidence as it makes you realise that your instinct is correct. Recommended!!
