Forget the posers who are adding weight to their knees which then give out. This stuff should be researched for its health benefits- cardiovascular, and stays in the system longer than larginine, as it goes to the kidneys before conversion to larginine.
or you can carry on using it for your looks and stand in front of mirrors , flexing things. Your choice. And just an opinion ;)
Keep the moisture control sachet in longer , maybe, as it attracts moisture. Taste far better than larginine.
