I got this for Christmas last year as a present. I couldnt wait to try it out and see if the fresh stuff would be better than shop bought or cinema stuff.

All you have to do is measure out a capful (his little hat) of corn put the corn into the machine, replace the cap and switch the machine on. Place a bowl under his beak to collect the popcorn!

Then you wait for the popping to begin. When the popping stops leave him a little while otherwise some inactive corn may reach the temperature for popping out of the machine - which will make you jump! (I have only done this once when the film was already starting!!!)

You can then enjoy your poprcorn or make some more! Two batches is enough for two hungry people.

It tastes fantastic with a bit of salt or you could try butter or sugar depending on how you like your pop corn.

Replacement bags of corn are readily available from Tesco/Sainsburys for about 60p, and you will get quite a few bathces from the small bag I havent counted how many though.

I give it 4 stars and not 5 as not everyone will like the duck appearance / might not suit modern kitchen! Although it is fun as the popcorn comes out of his mouth.

This is a truly great item fror you popcorn lovers. This will allow you to cheaply purchae unpopped kernals and do your own popcorn at home.

Long gone are the days of burning the oil in the bottom of the pan and the nightmare washing up that followed. The Duck popper uses a circular warm air action to pop the corn in a very short period of time, the ducks cheeky little hat doubles as a measure, simply fill the hat with the kernals, empty into the main body, replace the lid and turn on. Within a few minutes you will have nice hot tasty popcorn spewing from the ducks mouth.

For convenience this type of thing is great, it is also far healthier as you no longer need to use oil or butter.

You will find yourself eating popcorn much more often if you buy this -- you have been warned!!!

Your kids will love it the duck shaped popcorn maker. those late nights when you want popcorn while wathching a movie but it takes to long to make with the old pot and lid.The Popcorn maker is atleast 3 times as fast. More of the kernals pop and no dishes to do afterwards.
