This was a very exciting event with loads of knockouts and submissions. A few of the finishes happen quite suddenly though, before those fights could really get going, so there aren't that many close, back-and-forth battles. All the fights are good though IMO... no duds on this one. Fights that really stood out for me are Hansen - Ireland, Sakurai - Danzig and Silva - Henderson. Gomi - Diaz was also a very exciting fight, but it's a little overhyped IMO.
Things to note: The events is not under "normal" Pride rules. It uses the 3 5min rounds system (5 rounds for championships fights) of the UFC as opposed to the 10min first round followed by 2 5min rounds. There's no Bas doind commentary... he's replaced by Josh Barnett. Also, there were some errors in the production... things like fighters' heights and fight records being wrong on the "tale of the tape". Wasn't a big deal for me, but it's something to be aware of if you're buying this event.
