I have been playing tennis for years and never spent time to properly develop the condition or to warm up and stretch before and after tennis until six months ago. As a result I had to take frequent breaks from playing tennis due to injuries to muscles and joints. Since I started making the time to do the conditioning and stretching similar to those explained in the book I have not had any injuries. Now I find it absurd that so many tennis players, even the good players in veterans' tournaments say they have no time to warm up and stretch before and after tennis. A lot of them have sprained ankles, shoulders, elbows, calves and thighs like I used to have. Even many tennis instructors don't do these conditionings and warm ups. That is amazing !
