Since the recent 'phone hacking' stories in the news I have been concerned about the security of my work voicemail. I mStruggled a little with my phone provider to fully understand the best setup to protect my voicemail. I though I would try this book and it has helped me not only understand how and why people hack phones. It has also showed me how to secure my voicemail and given me peice of mind that my voicemail is protected. I found the Golden Rules in this book particularly useful and reading how the phone networks work and the lengths people will goto to access your personal information very intresting.
