This is the most compact rugged flash drive i have seen. it arrived in superb condition along with built in software for securing files and use as a key for your laptop while you are away (non of which i have tried as i never use such programs). This is the perfect item to store all your precious data with knowledge that it is safe, and yes i threw this around abit and drowned it a couple times and still works great (obviously drying the case before jacking in!!! ><) The drive writes at around 15-20MB/s on my vista OS and this thing hasn't failed on me yet (as other users have had issues), i've had this thing for 3 months now using it almost every day

The case is absolutely lovely, easily small enough to comfortably keep on a keyring and very rugged as advertised (there is video from an review magazine on youtube of the drive being shot repeatedly at the Helsinki gun club, the 'bulletproof' title is well earned)

I was genuinely sad to have to return the drive however, due to very faulty memory. On some systems it hung windows for some time and never showed up as a drive, on others it was simply cripplingly slow (not even 1Mb/s). Having seen other reviews for the 8gb part giving similar stories I could not recommend this until independent review showed they had sorted out their problems properly.

This casing coupled with Corsair innards would be a real winner.
