It gives more scope to cook different dishes - usually all done in my electric pan - allowing more control of the heat. Now I enjoy both pans depending on the dish of the day

A good quality piece of equipment.Recommended by a neighbour.I like the idea that you can unplug the electrical probe on the front and submerge in water if you need to.I find a wipe is all that is necessary.Anything built up just just needs a little water heating in it, which takes seconds then it cleans easily.
As far as power rating its only on for ten minutes to do a stir fry so not a problem.
The only downside is that it is a large item to store.
