Stylish , well yes.
The handle leaves a lot to be desired when handling. No pun intended.
The protective silicone pad is not enough and your skin comes in contact with the hot metal. It gets very hot if the kettle is full and I have to cover the handle before using. Surely this is not good, I would like just to be able to pick up and pour. I also have had a problem in that the whistle pouring cover has snapped closed while I have been pouring the hot water. Also to get the last of the hot water out of the kettle, I have to tip the kettle quite far over and then the water splashes out over the sides.
The lid is a snug fit.
The water appears to stay hot longer.
Not as good as my last kettle which I thankfully have kept. But this one looks good.

This kettle does not handle very well. If I boil it on the largest ring on my hob, the handle gets so hot I have to use a cloth to hold it. Consequently, it takes a long time to boil on the medium ring. Also, I need to hold the spout lid open with my spare hand in order to pour the water; this means you cannot stir the beverage you are making at the same time as you pour. If you pour still boiling water, to make tea, it spits from the spout and there is a chance of scolding. I only continue to use this kettle because it is a perfect match for my red IKEA kitchen!!

Great product which looks really good. Well made and modern. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it takes a little longer to boil the water on the hob than I'd expect (up to 7 minutes) but overall a great buy.
