After many years' service, one of our Meyer Circulon plastic tools snapped and we decided to replace the lot. While looking for new Meyer items, I discovered that Prestige is now part of the Meyer empire. This prompted a fresh look at a company which we did not rate highly. Good move! Meyer do not produce a set of Circulon tools, and this one with the Prestige name is effectively "buy four get one free with a smart rack thrown in" compared with individual Circulon tools. The quality definitely does not fit the cheap and nasty image we had of Prestige (though the brand still caters for the flimsy end of the market if you prefer to go there). The tools look and handle every bit as well as our old Circulon ones. The major difference is that Circulon provides metal shafts, so the Prestige set are more flexible. Whether this is a practical advantage or not is personal preference; whether there is any effect on longevity only time will tell.

I have been looking to replace an old set of kitchen tool and I was recommended these by a friend of mine and I have to agree Prestige have done themselves proud with this set the packaging is excellent and well presented and just complements their quality of their products.
They are a pleasure to use and feel very sturdy, I would recommend anyone thinking of buying these to go for it you will not regret it there worth every penny.

I was so keen to protect my new Prestige pans, and so would not use any utensils on my pans until they were the recommended non-scratch Prestige ones. They look and feel lovely...but the handles are so heavy that every time we use them they fall out of the pan and throw food all over the kitchen. It's so disappointing as they're lovely! I will continue to work on how to avoid this.
