What a great product! We thought this deluxe version with the solid tiles and spinners was well worth the extra money. The pieces are far more like dominoes and we can see why it is a deluxe version. The standard version with hollow tiles are also great fun but in our family the more durable version seemed to fit the bill!!

We played this at a friends' house first and really enjoyed it as a change from Scrabble - bought it for ourselves and now play most days after lunch - it would certainly help children with their numbers and is a game that adults and children can play together. Nice thing about it is there are no complicated rules you have to learn first and scoring is easy. Well boxed, unbreakable and easy to store - I would imagine it would be a good present to give....?

Interesting game, requires concentration though
This is not an extension of dominoes as there are a number of ways of adding points to your score. Scoring needs to be done after each player's turn and at the end of each game. Read more

Good Ol' fun with a classic game
The deluxe triominos set is great as it comes with sturdy tiles and racks to lay them out. I was always used to playing with the cheap plastic set. Great game.
