This was a gift for my 4yr old scooby-mad son and we built it and played it twice last night - it was a little bit fiddly to assemble but mostly because the 'instructions' are all pictures and no words, and very small graphics, but a bit of common sense and you can work it out - it's more durable than I thought it would be, based on other reviews I had read, and really good fun - the only educational bit is the counting of spaces, but it is fun and games do not last very long so great for a short attention span. it looks really good assembled and I'm sure my son's other characters (toy story, pirates, playmobil etc) are going to find their way into the haunted house for other imaginative play.

My 4-year old nephew loves this game - it's really interactive and good fun for all the family to play! The scary traps along the way especially caught his imagination along with the detail of the Haunted House.

My son had this for his seventh birthday as he is a big Scooby fan! I was a bit disappointed when it was unpacked. Cardboard backing, needs dismantling to put away. Played a couple of times. It is good fun but the game doesn't last very long and the stairs are forever falling off. Overall a lot of money for not a great game.

Much better than expected...
I was not expecting much from this product; my 4 yo daughter had requested it. However, the product is nice and robust, the traps really work, and the games are mercifully short!

My 6 yr old and 3 yr old both love this game. You do have to play a little bit gently with it, as you do with most board games. Read more
