I have just done this workout for the 2nd time and I was so impressed that I had to write a review. I'm now 16 weeks pregnant and, despite being quite fit before, I didn't do any real exercise earlier in my pregnancy because I was so exhausted. I was pleasantly surprised by how challenging this is - I don't think it will take long before I feel much fitter and more toned. The intro music is pretty cheesey but the workout itself is very well done and easy to follow. I got the DVD on the basis of the other DVDs and I'm really pleased I did. Highly recommended.

I have bought around 10 Pregnancy workout DVDs and I would say that this is the best one I have found. Erin has a warm, friendly personality but unlike Davina she doesn't keep making irritating little jokes every few minutes (and those jokes only get more annoying the more times you hear them).

This is a challenging fitness DVD and you can really feel the results when you have done it. Erin exercises in her living room and shows you how to use every day object such as your coffee table and couch to help you work out.

I would say that in terms of difficulty this DVD is about equal to the Sharon Marett-Gregory DVD but the sound and production quality is far better.

If you have at least a medium level of fitness, this is the best Pregnancy DVD out there.

I ordered this DVD from Amazon based on the customer reviews it already had. I wanted a proper workout with proper results. After all I am pregnant not injured. I have to say the workout is fantastic and you really feel like you have had a workout. On top of that Erin is very natural throughout the workout and it is all about the exercise not her, unlike Divina Mccall fitness DVD's. I am convinced that I will be in better shape by the time I give brith than I have been at the time I fell pregnant.

Finally something that raises the heartrate.
As someone who was very active pre pregnancy, I've been looking for something that gets my heart rate going and actually feels like it's doing some toning/cardio work. Read more

Dissapointing
I must say I was really disappointed with this DVD.

First of all, there is no music to the workouts which is alfa-omega for me to keep going. Read more

A good work out but..
This is a fairly strenuous work out and I was quite fit before I got pregnant. The problem with this is that it looks like it was filmed by someone for You Tube. Read more

Great Pregnancy DVD
I have just used this DVD for the first time and I thought it was great. I felt like I had had a workout but not as exhausted as I could be from a Body Attack class pre pregnancy. Read more
