Received the item in good time and packaging. We have used it for several times already and it does not feel that great quality item. The stainless steel gets strange marks on it if you don't wipe it well after use. Moreover, another annoying thing is when you actually wash it, because water goes in between the glass and the stainless steel, which makes it look cheap.
For a basic teapot, it's OK, but could be better.
PROS:
+ Good size (750ml)
CONS:
- Relatively expensive for the quality
- Not great design (combination of glass and stainless steel)

A Perfect addition to any tea lovers household, makes perfect tea every time! not that it actually does much, but that is the beauty about this product it is perfect in every way, a fine mesh that does let any leaves through, I tested this by putting an opened teabag in there and nothing went through the holes. great brewing space for the leaves plenty of room for them to move about.

My friend bought me this tea pot as a present and the glass cracked after 6 times of using it. The glass is not strong enough for hot water which is what it is supposed to be used for. I'm going to buy a better tea pot.
