we have a small sandwich shop and we cook our own hams, we struggle to find a tin big enough without , costing the earth, this one fits the bill, great buy.

Product Size is NOT as described! 4 Feb 2012

The item is described, even on the box, as being 47cm long - it is not! It is 40cm long. The rack also doesn't seem well designed to fit within the pan, with its handles not fitting well with the handles of the pan. Would have returned it but my cat had already damaged the box by the time I got around to it!
