I bought this from another on-line supplier, so please don't judge the seller by my review. Firstly let me say this cooker looks & cooks great. The knobs are nice and positive, unlike most of the others I tried. I did have a major problem with it, in that the main door fell off the first time I opened it. However Stoves replaced the whole cooker within a week. On the plus side it cooks brilliantly - both ovens cook evenly and are quick to warm up. I prefer the fact that there are no 'stay-clean' linings as in my experience seldom do they really stay clean. At least with this one you can give it a good old fashioned scrub!
The burners do seem slow to warm my saucepans - but that may be my heavy bottomed pans not the cooker. The grill pan warped the first time I used it and has not reverted to it's original flat shape, so I'm using the one from my previous cooker, also the handle has a bit of a knack to sliding it onto the pan.
It's not hard to keep the outside clean, and the surfaces are all nice and smooth - not to many nooks and crannies to harbor dirt. Overall I would buy this cooker again as the most important things are exactly what you want in a cooker, it's a pity one or two corners were cut on the quality of the grill pan. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.
