I am 22 weeks pregnant and prior to descovering I was pregnant I would consider myself fairly fit (running about 10 miles a week). I wanted something to keep up my fitness without the high impact of road running.
The DVD is 50 minutes long with standing/floor and stretching sections. I have found some of the excercises quite challenging as my pregnancy progresses, but this is not necessarily a bad thing! The excercises concentrate on legs/bums with arm movement added in, so all the areas you need to keep toned during pregnancy...I have not felt 'out of breath' as the DVD is more for specific excercises rather than CV work.
