Gosh, this was a life saver for me, as I kept going to work til 37 weeks and did not have an easy pregnancy. Unfortunately, I started using it only at 32 weeks, and I am convinced it has helped me easing my Pelvic Girdle Pain which had troubled me severely for 4 months but strangely eased off towards the end of pregnancy. Was it because I relaxed myself regularly? Can't tell for sure but relaxing on a daily basis on the train home really helped me so much either way. Yes, I used it on the train, but it was a bit akward to go into hypnosis in public, must say, on the other hand, commuting became such a torture towards the end that I couldn't bear the train (especially a full commuter train at rush hour) without it! It complements the Birth Relaxation CD perfectly, as you can start this earlier on and it is a little longer than the relaxation sequence on the other CD. Thoroughly recommend it for women who can't start maternity leave early or have a busy life due to other committments - do yourself a massive favour and buy it!
