This is a precious little book - my 3 year old granddaughter loves it. The illustrations are lovely with little details that she loves to pick out - and it's a simple but engaging story. Whether you are Christian or not this is just one of Jesus' stories that will appeal to all.

This book although written to be read to younger children ie. 2-4, is a brilliant way of retelling the story that Jesus first told about the Pearl of greatest worth.
Not only can it be read as a story but can also be used as a drama narrative with people miming the parts. I have used this a couple of times in this way and it's been great fun
and gets the point of the story across.
