A great gift for parents to be,
By A Customer
This review is from: Praying for Your Unborn Child (Paperback)
This book reveals the extent that the unborn child senses the emotions of his/her parents and how important it is to start praying for specific parts of a child's health, well being and spirituallly development, while they are still in the womb. This book is written with a lot of warmth, and is written in a very easy to read style, with scripual references, to back up it's theories. If you feel that you have every kind of baby book in preparation for giving birth, this is the perfect book for every one who is anticipating parenthood. I read a friend's well thumbed copy and am now resolved to buy my own.

I have done quite a lot of reading of books on the subject of agape love, I mainly got this book because the other review was good. - Very good!
A good book for all to read, become more sane, more healed and be compasionate for God's children, including both you and also the un-born. A-Men

This review is from: Praying for Your Unborn Child (Paperback)
This book is obviously based on the very good principle that parents should pray together for their children and unborn children. I think most people who buy this book would agree with that! However, some of the claims made in the book are, in my view, not very biblical or scientific. For example, it suggests that infertility can be instantly solved by prayer ("often nine months after we prayed"), that children can sense if they are loved/prayed for in the womb and those who aren't may choose to miscarry (I found this quite upsetting after losing a much-wanted baby through miscarriage), and that early childhood problems eg colic can also be attritbuted to a lack of love and attention before birth. I do welcome this book for its attempts to apply scripture to this period of parents' lives, but I don't think I will finish reading it as it is potentially damaging.
