when I received this product I was really impressed with it and thought it was excellent value for money.
I inspected all the components and everything was there.
Unfortunately when I attached the scope to the tripod it just fell off. the screws that fastened the bracket to
the scope were not secure on the scope. they scewed into the bottom of the scope and they were not gripping onto
the aluminium.
An e mail to Amazon and a refund was agreed. printed off a returns form and it was picked up the next day. a few
days later money was paid into my account.
Havent ordered another was as I can still hear my family laughing as the telescope fell off the tripod !!!!!

I wanted this for bird watching (I am a beginner) The scope is quite powerful and the focus is easy to use, the zoom a little more tricky especially at high magnifications you tend to lose the object you're looking at - takes a little practice. The lens cover is a poor design. The tripod is rubbish - much too low for an adult, flimsy and wobbly. Please ditch the tripod and give us a decent lens cover instead.
nothing wrong when it comes to the focus and enlargement. A bit jumpy due to the cheap tripod. BUT! The binocular came apart when i carried it, so i had to glue it together again. And that is of course not totally OK...
