It's exactly the type of yoga book I was looking for. Having done some classes I wanted to be able to keep up the practice at home. This book allows me to do just that, reminding me of what I have already learned and giving tips on how to achieve correct poses. Almost like having a teacher there with you. And the spiral bind lets me practice and check with the book at the same time. I'd advise anyone with a bit of Astanga yoga knowledge to buy this one.
