I would totally recommend this light. Its of a good build quality and bright and a good price. Its also quite easy to fit and delivery was quick. A Thumbs up from me!!

This is a great bike lite for the money! It has a super bright light which can be seen from a long distance,and gives great illumination even on the darkest nights where there are no street lights.It didn't come with any instructions which usually isn't a problem,but when you want to insert batteries into the light,it is very important that you insert them through the rear of the light and not through the front!! I made this mistake and damaged one of the spring contacts on the battery hub when I was unscrewing the front of the lamp,so I had to order another one.So just to recap, batteries in through the back of the light,Not through the front!! Hope this will help somebody!!

After searching through hoards of expensive bike lights on the Halfords website and after being put off by bad reviews and over pricing on the majority of what they had to offer, I came across this little gem on Amazon.
I made my decision to buy this one on the strength of all the good reviews it has had despite initially nearly being put off by such a low price. My usual philosophy is 'Buy cheap - Buy twice'. Not the case with this product.
The light itself is made from aluminum (not thin aluminum either - this is thing is quality and made to last!). The light is so bright you can't even look at it head on without almost blinding yourself. It takes 4 x AAA mini pen style batteries which for this type of LED light I know will give around 200 hours or more of light. It also has good water proof rubber seals to keep rain and spray out. The beam is nicely focussed, without being broken up and you can actually navigate by it at night as it gives great illumination in front of you, even off road. Press the switch twice and the light flashes on and off - Nice Touch! The mounting bracket is solid and is plenty big enough to fit around even the chunkiest of handle bars and very securely may I also add to withstand off road bumps and vibrations. Even though the mounting bracket is made from plastic, it is high quality robust plastic ( not the cheap stuff that cracks with the slightest of bends ). It takes just 30 seconds to fit by hand without the need for any tools! WOW!!! The top of the bracket even swivels to allow you to be able to pan the beam from left to right. You could have one on each side of the handle bars and focus both beams together for Mega illumination like car headlights. They are so inexpensive why not ( I don't like to use the word cheap! - cheap in quality they certainly are not! ) . I have compared this light both in quality and brightness to other lights on the market and it beats a lot of similar top end lights from well known manufacturers that sell for over £60 each. What more can I say except it is so good I have bought another as a gift.

Poor Quality
