From Amazon.co.uk

They skydive, they kickbox, they travel through space. Is there anything these crayon-coloured teens can't do? The answer seems a resounding "no" until some construction workers unwittingly open a manhole cover and loose Ivan Ooze upon Angel Grove. Although incarcerated in his egglike tomb for 6,000 years, Ooze gets right to work at that world domination thing. First up: strip those eager teens of their uniforms and associated powers and send their leader Zordon to his crystalline deathbed. There's nothing to do but head for a distant planet to meet up with a bikini-clad warrior babe who imparts ancient wisdom and power. Meanwhile, Ooze has been turning parents into zombies who craft giant metallic insects--all the better to take over the world with. This 90-minute film features some cast changes from the television series, as well as better special effects and extended fight scenes, which account for the PG rating. Parents must weigh in for themselves on the famous violent-influence-or-not question. Although, like anything else, what seemed violent in 1995 may seem a bit tame today. Ages 5 and up. --Kimberly Heinrichs

Product Description

The big-screen version of the TV and licensing phenomenom of the 90's offers excitement and adventure as the six high school teens turned heroic Power Rangers battle against the unleashed evil morphological being Ivan Ooze. After being accidentally released from a chamber, Ivan Ooze plans, somewhat predictably, to take over the Earth and destroy the Power Rangers, and their mentor Zordon. Zordon is soon weakened and our heroes set out on a quest to the distant planet Thadus to find the 'Great Power' which will make them stronger so they can face the battle that awaits them.

5.0 out of 5 stars A beautiful end to an excellent series 25 Aug 2004
Format:VHS Tape
These last 4 eps finish off one of the best PR series ever. The programme makers nicely provide endings to all the story arcs created during the series; Jen and Wes's untold love, Eric finding his way from loner to team player, Eric constantly refusing Wes' friendship, Jen's changing relationship with fiance (and now superior officer) Alex and of course, being able to change your destiny

This video is excellent. The fight sequences great (esp Wes and Eric taking on Cbots in the clock tower). Props go to Daniel Southworth (Eric) who does almost all his own stunt and fight work - extremely admirable. Seeing the characters stretched so much is great, esp Jen and Wes who really go through the wringer.

Buy this vid if u like high quality Ranger action - this vid demonstrates the cream of the crop.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Start to a season ! 28 April 2003
By A Customer
Format:VHS Tape
This is a really great video and great value for money seeing as you get 4 episodes on one tape. All though this isn't exactly the first 4 episodes of season 3 (its episodes 4-7)it really acts like it is. Here's a run down of the episodes on it-

Ninja Quest Part 1- A Great Mega zord battle.
" "2- A bit slow at parts but still good.
" "3- Some good fighting scenes.
" "4- One of the best episodes on the tape!

4.0 out of 5 stars A review of a good movie 11 Aug 2000
By A Customer
Format:VHS Tape
When i first saw this movie back in 1995 I found it completely amazing. It was so different from the tv show I had loved and cherished for the few years previous but somehow it was quite similar. The movie starts off with the rangers sky-diving and then rollerblading away. Its basically a typical day... the bad news comes when a large egg is discovered; the egg containing an evil being known as ivan ooze. He is released and then destroys the command centre (and its new decor and poor zordons in a potato sac! Ai,ai,ai!).The rangers are teleported to with the remaining power to a planet to get new powers...with a good fight scene between the rangers and the new tenga. With new ninja costumes and new zords its time for the power rangers to kick some ivan ooze ... The ways the rangers morph ,the shiny suits, aishas headlights, bulk and skulls unfunny antics, kim's cool humour, tengas, ninja rocky and the new cool ninja zords(black rangers frog zord is cool!) and the whole new feel to power rangers made this a very , very cool movie ! Buy it now even if you hate the power rangers , i am sure you will love this. There somethign for everyone:extreme sports, action, karate, ninja costumes, big birds, amy jo johnson, steve cardenas, tightly clothed super heroes and comedy! BUY NOW!

5.0 out of 5 stars Like being a kid all over again 5 July 2012
Format:DVD|Amazon Verified Purchase
Im 25 and used to love the Power Rangers as a kid, i still remember sitting in bed watching the original 1st series first thing in a morning then getting up and spending most the day play fighting with my brother, he'd be the Red Ranger and id be The Pink one. I was watching a crime drama program on sky last week and the girl who played The Pink Ranger was in it which got me thinking back, so i had to buy this! :D

5.0 out of 5 stars Go, Go Power Rangers! 4 Jan 2012
Format:DVD|Amazon Verified Purchase
My Son (age 22) asked me to purchase this on line because he adored the Power Rangers when he was young. He wanted to remember what it was he loved about the Power Rangers. We have since watched the DVD. We both had a good laugh and enjoyed it thoroughly, even though the characters in the film seem a bit tame to us now, some years later. Ivan Ooze and Rita Repulsa haven't changed a bit! Having ordered the DVD on line, it arrived within just a few days in perfect condition, was well wrapped and my son was thrilled to bits with his 'trip down memory lane'.

5.0 out of 5 stars Childhood TV Show 17 Oct 2011
Format:DVD
Power Rangers was my ultimate childhood show, and any film featuring them has to be good. The acting isn't great, and the storyline sucks, but as a children's film, its the muts nuts
