Ideal where good performance is needed for power showers and high condensation. ?100mm, 4" dia fan spigots, ducting & fittings.. ?Mixed flow technology for extra pressure development. ?Run-on timer option (2-30 mins). ?Built-in mounting foot. ?Long life ball bearing motors and thermal protection to prevent motor burnout. ?Removable fan for easy cleaning. Every kit comes with the following items: ?Extractor fan (this can be mounted anywhere along the duct) ?3m of heavy duty aluminimum flexible ducting. ?Brilliant white, easy fit ceiling grille that can be adjusted to control your airflow. ?An in-line gravilty operated shutter to stop draughts (can be mounted anywhere in the duct). ?An external grille with an insect mesh that can be wall or soffit mounted. ?6x Worm drive clips for fan, shutter & grilles.

A relatively easy fan to fit, with easy to follow instuctions.The Fan clears the area far quicker than my original fan.Slight down side is difficult to set extended run timer at lower end and slightly noisier.

This fan replaces a less powerfull one and seems to clear steam from the bathroom far faster. It came complet with every thing needed and was easy to fit.
