Really great advertising, but at the end of the day it is;in my opinion, an elastic band that looks quite trendy!!!!!!
Bought one of these about a month ago roughly and if nothing else, it does look good on the wrist.
Whether it works or not as a fitness or balance aid, I couldn't say for sure, however what I will say is that given that it is in my eyeline when i work out, it does help me focus and "keep my eyes on the prize" if you like?

I suspect people saying they would not waste their money on a bit of rubber that gives you magical powers have not in fact tried a Power Balance. It should be a requirement that you have experience of the product you are reviewing. I have not bought one here but from a stall where they were demonstrating them. I was amazed and convinced they were scamming me. I found it so entertaining that I bought one by way of a thank you for the effort they had put into proving that it works. I was still not convinced. However once I had the chance to get other people to try the test on me and for me to try it on them it was quite obvious that it was doing something powerful.
It is to do with the hologram and not the rubber. The half baked theory is that frequencies are embedded in the hologram which work to tune up the human bodies field. It's certainly possible to tune a hologram to particular frequencies, that's what the colours are. However the effect on the bodies balance is so dramatic that this really should be looked into scientifically. The problem is it's so far ahead of anything science has the slightest clue about that it's immediately dismissed as a placebo.
It's very easy to disprove basic placebo claims for the PB but if it is still a placebo then it's an amazing one. This powerful placebo effect should not be dismissed but investigated scientifically.
If it's a scam then explain to me how I am in the scam yet unknowingly.
