My grandson and his brother ages 4 and 5 love this whole series and play for hours with it. They are very careful boys but I am not sure whether clumsy and boisterous kids might snap off the flats, Haven't tried it, obviously, just an observation, not knowing the strength of them. It wouldn't put me off buying the product though.

My 3 year old son really loves this playset. I wouldn't say you get loads for your money, but when do you ever these days? However, my son does play with it a lot and it's great for creative play. You do need the other items from the Postman Pat range to really get the most out of it but I would say all in all it's been a successful present.

This product is easy to put together by the 3 year olds hand, but the picture is misleading, so I was initially disappointed by it. However my son loves it, although he doesn't like the fact that the big van doesn't fit through the door.
