5.0 out of 5 stars T.E Lawrence - in 'his' spirit world, 7 Nov 2007
By T. Linden-Fermor (Wiltshire UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I have been for a while keen to read after-life accounts. Jane Sherwood explains the automatic writing process in which 'spirits' are said to 'speak'or contact us from their place in the spirit world.Even if at this stage you are still quite unconvinced, then try reading the account -its basically a harrowing at times account of the death process as experienced by Lawrence. He provides us with a very frank and detailled explaination of his feelings and spiritual position which for a very private man is a refreshing insight. The overiding need by Lawrence is to provide the rest of us ( those who bother to explore) the oppotunity to look at our own lives and how we think and react to EVERY one around us. He is both delighted and shocked by the fact that a single momentary thought can be transmitted to a recipient without them even being present and that thought being received in an emotionally felt way - ears may be on the sides of your head but hearing is a 'physical' ability, so you don't'hear'so much as 'feel'anothers thoughts; and if they are bad in content you actually feel pain - emotionally. So he learnt to think and speak far more carefully and respectfully. This was the beginning of his long journey to a better spiritual 'home'. I have to say its a fascinating read and highly thought provoking, I think this is a book that can change you.
