5.0 out of 5 stars Portsmouth at War - A cracking good read! 5 May 2007
Format:Paperback
'Portsmouth at War' provides the reader with an in-depth account of the events before, during & after the second world war through an array of documents, photos, and letters. This offers the reader a personal account of how the war effected everyday people & its impact on Portsmouth as a city.

A great read, and a book that you could either get lost in for an afternoon, or dip in & out of at your leisure. Highly recommended.
