This mini sewing machine is very handy and its value for money. I read review before my purchase so I m aware of those small things which can go wrong. Its is pre-set so you can use it straight away but it also got manual which is easy to follow if you need to change treads. Its is simple machine for doing simple stitching. I have shorten all my trousers which would cost me ten times more than the machine it self. I like it and I would recommend it. Just few things to be aware of, before you start stitching your piece of clothes try few stitches elsewhere as if you haven't got the right tightness of tread it may not stitch properly till you set it. The other thing which I would tell you about is the light which I knew before, is not very good. Other reviews said if you use it for too long, it burn out and there is no way of replacing it so I don't really used it much but I also notice that as I was stitching the light gets weaker but when I stop its back to its full brightness. I use small lamp instead as I did not find the light very strong anyway. That is all I got to say. Hope you find this review helpful.

This item is very satisfactory. It sews well and is reliable. It has lost 2 stars because the light burned out after being on for over an hour and as far as I'm aware, is not replacable.
The instructions that came with this item were, for me, a little hard to follow and brief. I found that tinkering and practice were a better way to learn in this case.
I have made cushions, patchwork, hanging decorations, scarves and pillow cases... So have got my money's worth for sure!
A great item for sewing beginners and learners. I'd recommend this little machine but don't keep the light on too long!

This is a great machine for straightforward sewing jobs. It is really small and light weight which means that I'm happy to get it out even when all I want to do is something pretty small, like a repair.

Broke before I could use it
