I had been using a very inexpensive audio switch from a certain well-known online auction site to connect multiple sources to a hi-fi - until I realised that the left and right plugs were the wrong way round on most of its inputs.
This is a nice, greatly superior box for almost as low a price. It's well-made, the design of it blending in well with the ubiquitous black of most home entertainment systems, all of its phono connectors tucked away at the back rather than being visible front and back as per my previous switch. In addition, the headphone port is a nice touch (allowing, in my case, connection of multiple audio sources to a pair of wireless headphones without having to power on the hi-fi).
My only criticisms are that it's a bit (needlessly) on the large side, and it's quite light with no means of securing it, which may cause a movement issue for some people. But, in general, if a decent manual audio switch is what you're looking for then this one is great.
