I teach children with problems in English. This is a great aid and encourages the children to explore higher level vocab and sentence openers. This appeals to boys as they can use the grizzly words they can't use very often.
I would recomend this book to any teachers who wish to develop literacy.

Just OK! 19 Dec 2008

I mistakenly purchased this thinking it was a pop-up book (with narrative and pop ups on each page). What this actually is is a 'book' that opens out into one big 3D game. It's a decent pop up with lots going on. The game is simple enough to play but beware: once you've played it once, the novelty is lost.

Top of the Pop-ups 25 July 2009
Format:Hardcover
This is a brilliant book with masterful paper engineering by Nick Denchfield and cheerful and detailed illustrations by Steve Cox. (The Lennon/McCartney of pop-ups!) Check out their pop-up Pirate Ship and Space Station too...both equally good.
