Try this book. I promise, you will not be disappointed. I think the phrase "something for every one" is apt. I was initially concerned that, apart from a few exceptions, I was unfamiliar with the chosen songs. I need not have worried. These stories stand on their own merit. The standard of writing is consistently good and the way each author approaches their subject ensures the reader is always engaged. We don't always have the time or the inclination to read a whole novel. This compilation of stories is a satisfying alternative. It's also refreshing to read the work of new authors.
I haven't singled out any particular writers for praise or criticism. Like any good compilation of songs, you will have your favourites. The fun will be, to decide which they are.
