I've recently had a small pond built and thought I'd get some underwater LED lights to make it more interesting at night (and also stop people falling in as it's next to the main path). As ever, there are many different sorts and some of the reviews put me off. I went for these as there was a decent length (5m) of low voltage cable from the transformer and you can change the colours of the lights. They seem very solid - metal, sealed and much heavier than I expected. They were easy to install and cast a pretty good beam. Two minor things: the wire between the lights is quite thick, making it a bit more difficult to position the lights on the bottom of the pond, but I overcame this by weighing the cable down with stones. Secondly, there is only about 2m of mains cable. This is what the description said, but 2m is too short so I had to extend the cable. 5m would be much better! Overall, very pleased, and it's amazing what creatures you can see swimming around.

I was really pleased with these lights. They look great pointing up towards my Dancing Koi water feature, looks like a new feature at night. You can put them at different angles and the wiring leaves plenty of scope to maneuver them. A great price and they look like they will last.

The lights need to plug into a mains socket. This needs to be waterproof and an outdoor system. They are quit small but very bright. The lead in between each light is about 12 inches.

Not the best ones that I have bought as they are not easy to sight because the base of the lights are small. Plus side is that they have a light sensor so no need to turn them on and off.
