Hi Handan C, I have the Polti Vaporeto Eco Pro 3000 and have used this on all my carpets.. no problems at all.. if you are unsure to start i would use a lower heat setting.. hope this helps ?

One to two hours depending on the output setting. Reheating time is about 10 minutes, what Polti don't tell you is that it takes about an hour to cool to the point where the pressure cap can be removed. A safety feature yes, convenient it is not.

Yes it can. You just need to use the fitting for upholstery and make sure the machine is producing steam and purge the pipe beforehand, otherwise there is the possiblility of overset tin the item. Works well in my opinion.

Yes it will cope with uneven floors as you can use the smaller brushes. I have uneven floors and its great for them..hope that helps.
