There wasn't much in the book that I hadn't already known about. The first chapters outline the political world of the present time and how that fits into the mainstream interpretation of biblical prophesy.
I found these chapters really hard to read, and actually felt somewhat nauseous, but I forced myself to read it.
It was so biased against the Palestinians and the Arab and Muslim world. There was the usual extreme lack of insight and understanding of the complexities of the politics, the reasons behind the strife and violence. It was like listening to all the spiel from the mainstream US media. A list of books in the appendix led to the reasons for the forming of this worldview... all the books were from the anti-Arab, anti-Muslim, pro-USA, pro-CIA and American government. The reasons why women blow themselves up in Israel was in no way investigated, but the simplistic American understanding of the situation was repeated over and over. It is all about Islam and indoctrination by jihad killers and violent psychopaths. There was nothing about the abuse by the Israelis, the horrific and extremely wicked genocide against their enemies, the building on Palestinian land, fully supported by the US governments, one after the other, which is known by most to be against international law, non of this.
Also there was no investigation whatsoever into 9/11, or any of the terrorist attacks of recent years. This was again all to do with that simplistic worldview that it is all Islam and jihad, the named organisations created by the CIA, and the CIA stooge Osama bin Laden; this was all the Arab and Muslim world wanting to kill America.
Armadinejad was misquoted again. Claimed by the author to have said that he wanted to kill all Jews and destroy Israel, when the author actually writes that Armadinejad is talking about Zionism and the Zionist political structure, not Jews.
So after reading those chapters I concluded that this was a total waist of space, nauseatingly simplistic and having an incredible lack of insight and understanding of world politics.
The next section... `Prophesy, wasn't too bad. This was illustrating an outline of prophesy, to establish the truth of prophesy in the bible.
What saved the book from the rubbish bin was the next chapters. The supernatural. The topics covered here were, fallen angels, giants and human hybrids. The Mothman Prophesies, UFO's, crop circles, alien abductions etc.
The section on the Mothman Prophesies had some depth of research that I had not encountered before; it was very fascinating, if brief. He also noted something that I had noticed independently; the Billy Meier UFO cult and the links to the Book of Enoch. I had noticed when reading about the Billy Meier case, that there was a similarity with the name of the alien which Billy Meier said he was in communication with, and the account from the Book of Enoch, about the angel which led the rebellion which gave rise to the Nephilim. This angel was called Semjaza, pronounced in the German `Sem'yasha. Billy Meier's alien was called Semjaza. It was a female alien, and I remember reading about it, and the description of it, as having long blond hair, wearing a `jump suit'.. and teaching the New Age religious doctrine.
There was a chapter about Ezekiel 38-39 which I passed over. The final chapter was about the alien deception agenda for the last days, the return of the fallen angels.
I thought that I should be open to the reading of Ezekiel again, so I forced myself to go back and read the chapter. I forced myself to read it, because this text in Ezekiel has been used by the religious to support the genocide of the Palestinians and Arabs.
There are two references there to `in the latter days', and although the text uses anachronisms like the army riding horses, and having shields etc. there is also the description of Israel being without walls and having no bars or gates.
So taken as a whole, I don't think this can be a historical account, it must be future, if we are honest about it.
There was another thing which bothered me about this book, and that is the lack of research about the Jewish holocaust. He has done no research on this at all. I think we have a naïve, trusting sort. Someone who trusts the American establishment, reads the establishment books, and does not do any research in any depth on anything. I suppose we should cut some slack on these things, but I do find it tedious to be having to read of things which I know to be lies.
The conclusion is very disturbing, but I think it is accurate; that the world will be overtaken by a satanic agenda, and a deception by `aliens', who are in reality the same fallen angels as before. Everyone will be sucked into this very frightening end-time conspiracy. The mainstream Christianity will not be able to distinguish the truth, and will ignore the signs, because they themselves have been so indoctrinated by this ongoing agenda. Like the author says; only those born of the Spirit will be able to discern what is going on, even if they do not know everything that is going on, and the hidden agendas and deception campaign that has been going on for so long.
