I have found this an excellent book for learning basic Polish in general use which is exactly what I wanted.
Divided into easy to use sections for different every day situations, with clear explanations on pronounciation.
If you are going on holiday take this with you and I'm sure you'll get along fine. The dictionary section is a little short, but otherwise excellent.

This is a nice little book. Very handy useful phrases mainly for stuff while on holiday. Has varying sections. I would say this is a must have for any non Polish speaker going to Poland.
