Budgets are cut one of the academies has to close the wacky Police Academy gang come back to help out Lassard. The plots in the third gets a little boring but you are here to watch the crazy antics of the people you have loved in the previous two films. Yet again it will keep you laughing over and over again.

A new number in the title and a quick trip to the photocopier to bash out the screenplay, and it's off we go with another series of flaccid sketches that fail to pay off any set-ups, end abruptly before reaching a conclusion and feature the usual one-dimensional characters doing exactly what we'd expect them to do. They're tall, busty, cheeky, and quiet and then not quiet, make funny noises, whatever. It's a struggle to come up with anything new to say about this: yes, it's lame; yes, there are one or two genuine laughs; and yes, it ends in an irrelevant chase scene, this time featuring shots of actors on jet skis having buckets of water thrown on them by someone off camera. It makes me wonder how the cast managed to drag themselves out of bed in the morning.

So far I've seen the first three "police academy" movies. The third one is my favorite so far because it has more laughs than 1 and 2. A good movie for kids because it's rated PG. I give it four out of five stars.

A Very Funny film with some hilarious moments,not a bad movie but not great, you have bobcat in there.Bubba Smith and Winslow being the funniest and coolest of all.

This time the city has decided to shutdown of their police academies, so know it's between Lassard and Mauser's academies to compete to see which academy is the best and can stay open. Mahoney, Hightower, Jones, Tackelberry,etc are training new recruits including Sweet Chuck, and Zed(the gangleader in P.A. 2). There are many great gags, as one would come to expect, Mauser loses his eyebrows this time. There's a great Blue Oyster bar scene with Proctor. If you liked the first two you should enjoy this one, however it is tamer than the prievious Police Academy films, this would be one for the whole family to enjoy.
