To all users of a pole fit pole, please be aware this is not for serious training. There is a spring in this which enables the pole to be set up, but any weight pulled down on the pole will cause the spring to push down, therefore the whole pole lowers.
This pole is ideal for posing, not for spinning and doing inversions or combination moves. This is very dangerous and waste of money if you are wishing to obtain pole dance correctly.
For professional poles which are 100% safe to spin, jump, hang onto etc and can hold up to 300kg of weight, please look up X-POLES and POLESTAR POLES. These too can be fully removable; semi removable; single pole; two-part pole etc. There is a lot of options for these poles and completely safer than pole fit pole.
Good luck!
