The warm up was too limited and the moves were amateurish. The whole DVD has a very 'home made' feel about it, and having taken pole dancing lessons recently as a beginner, did not feel that this added anything extra, which is what I had hoped it would.

I am used to buying Ministry of Sound DVD's which are very professionally produced and this felt like a homemade video. There is better footage available on Youtube for free. The teacher seems fun and enthusiastic (maybe too much so at times) and I'm sure her lessons are fun in person, but it doesn't come across that well on the DVD. I also thought the DVD would be more about the fitness side of pole dancing from the title, instead of sexy walks, wiggles and crawling on the floor etc.
