A good idea which works well down to about 5metres, after this depth the housing starts to collapse under pressure preventing the lens from opening.
Ideal for beach use as it will keep out sand and water without affecting the picture quality.

Haven't tested in the waves yet, but worked perfectly in the bath for 20 minutes. It has a tight seal, and can be operated somewhat easily in the case. (I wont be using this for photos, only videos, as the flash didn't work very well.) Still I would recommend this if your camera fits the dimensions.

Too small for a panasonic LZ3 - the camera fits in the case back but the zoom recess in the front is too small to accommodate the lens.
